Service Description
In this Level 1 5 week package a bespoke plan is created for your child to learn different approaches to dealing with tricky situations. We develop a "reset button" using the Mindfulmeschool BEYOU framework allowing us to respond with a calm and hopeful attitude and we learn more about ourselves and what we need to be ok in the world. The ICF package is designed to allow the coach (Jenny Havery) to accumulate logged hrs and sessions may be recorded and email details sent for ICF records.
